摘  要:加拿大K12教育产出高效,多次在PISA测试中取得优异成绩,这与其高质量职前教师教育项目密不可分。世界一流大学英属哥伦比亚大学的职前教师教育项目致力于培养知识渊博、技术精湛、灵活变通和富有同情心的教育工作者。这些项目类型齐全多样,准入严格,培养过程密集高效;管理体系由"大学-政府-中小学-社区"协同进行,各方责任明确;项目开设了系列分阶段的"探究课程"与实习课程,注重原住民教育和心理健康素养培养,提倡全纳教育和社区实地体验。英属哥伦比亚大学职前教师教育项目充分体现了新自由主义追求高效的目标取向,同时也力求平等与民主,强调个体的伦理责任感和社会责任感,强调信任与尊重师范生的主体性与能动性。Canadian K12 education is uniquely efficient and it has achieved excellent results in PISA for many times,which is inseparable from its high-quality pre-service teacher education program.The pre-service teacher education program at the University of British Columbia,a world-class university,aims to produce knowledgeable,skilled,flexible,and compassionate educators.The BEd program of UBC has high selection requirements,a wide range of types to meet the needs of teachers in different schools,and basically intensive and efficient training.The project system is carried out in collaboration with"university-government-school-community"with clear responsibilities of all parties.A series of phased‘Inquiry Seminars’and internship courses are offered,focusing on indigenous education and mental health literacy,and promoting inclusive education and community field experience.The teacher education program of the UBC fully embodies the goal orientation of neoliberal pursuit of efficiency,but also strives for equality and democracy,emphasizes individual ethical responsibility and social responsibility,and emphasizes the subjectivity and initiative of normal university students through trust and respect.
