摘  要:为了解中小学教师网络学习状况及其特点,对中小学教师进行调查结果显示:中小学教师网络学习动机呈多元化态势,主要偏向于发展与晋升、满足教学需要;学习时段较为集中,网络学习工具使用相对单一;学习途径日趋丰富,但仍以自主学习、集中式培训为主;学习行为倾向于网络信息行为,高层次网络学习行为明显偏少;教师网络学习优势较为明显,但受资源易得性、时间精力等因素的限制。因此,需要优化中小学教师网络学习观念、培育网络信息素养,推进网络研修供给改革、提供精准指导与服务,注重网络学习社区建设、构建网络学习共生体,强化网络学习条件支撑、健全网络学习保障体系,推动教师网络学习的健康、可持续发展。In order to understand the status and characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers'online learning,a questionnaire survey was conducted among teachers.The survey found that the motivation of teachers'online learning is diversified,mainly focusing on promotion,development,and the needs of teaching;teachers'online learning time is more concentrated,and the use of learning tools is relatively simple;teachers'online learning channels are increasingly rich,but they still focus on individual learning and centralized training;teachers'online learning tends to be online information behavior,and high-level online learning behavior is obviously less;teachers'online learning advantage is more obvious,but it is affected by factors such as teachers'time,energy,and availability of resources.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize teachers'online learning concepts,cultivate online information literacy,promote online learning supply reform,provide accurate guidance and services,focus on online learning communities,build online learning symbiotes,strengthen the support of conditions and improve the guarantee system,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of teachers'on-line learning.
