摘　　要：高中教学是我国教育体系当中的重要时期,高考更是一个学生命运的转折点。高中数学教师肩负的责任重大,需要在素质教育背景下有效培养高中生的核心素养,引导学生会用数学眼光观察世界,会用数学思维思考世界,会用数学语言表达世界,促进学生更好地进行数学学习,为学生的可持续发展和终身学习创造条件。High school teaching is an important period in my country's education system,and college entrance examination is a turning point in the fate of students.High school mathematics teachers have a great responsibility,and they need to effectively cultivate the core qualities of high school students in the context of quality education,guide students to observe the world with mathematics,think about the world with mathematical thinking,express the world in mathematical language,and promote students to better Conduct mathematics learning to create conditions for students'sustainable development and lifelong learning.
