摘  要:本文是基于机械原理的教学用扫雷机器人教具的设计,目的是利用机械原理课程中所学的连杆机构、凸轮机构、槽轮机构、齿轮机构等基本机构使其组合在一起完成基本的原理展示和实现扫雷机器人的一些基本功能。文中设计的扫雷机器人设有扫雷环,可以实现对地雷的探测功能,同时,在扫雷环顶部设置有机械手,并在机械手一端设置标记瓶,当检测到地雷时,通过标记瓶可以将雷区的范围标记出来,从而降低排雷的危险性,进而增加该产品的实用性和排雷效果。本教具的设计兼顾机械原理的展示和扫雷机器人的实用性,有利于增加教学的观赏性,使课堂上的知识学习更加的生动形象。This article is the design of minesweeping robot teaching aids for teaching based on mechanical principles.The purpose is to use the basic mechanisms such as link mechanism,cam mechanism,sheave mechanism,gear mechanism and other mechanisms learned in the mechanical principle course to complete the basic principle display.And to achieve some basic functions of mine-sweeping robots.The mine-sweeping robot designed in this article is equipped with a mine-sweeping ring,which can realize the detection function of mines.At the same time,a manipulator is provided on the top of the mine-sweeping ring,and a marking bottle is provided on one end of the manipulator.?When a mine is detected,the range of the minefield can be marked by the marking bottle,thereby reducing the risk of mine clearance,and increasing the practicability and demining effect of the product.?The design of this teaching aid takes into account the display of mechanical principles and the practicality of the mine-sweeping robot,which is helpful to increase the appreciation of teaching and make the knowledge learning in the classroom more vivid.
