摘  要:建立一种用加压毛细管电色谱-蒸发光检测法测定无糖型运动营养品中木糖醇、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、乳糖醇、赤藓糖醇的检测方法。试验采用zor BAX糖分析色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),80%乙腈-水(含10mmol/L三乙胺)为流动相,施加+5 kV电压进行分离,蒸发光散射检测器蒸发管温度120℃,氮气载气,流量0.8 L/min进行检测。结果表明,5种糖醇组分在0.005~0.100 g/100 mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r2为0.993~0.997,检出限在0.5~1.0 mg/100 g之间,定量限为1.5~3.0 mg/100 g。加标试验分别添加5.0,50和100μg/kg 3个浓度,加标回收率在87.5%~102.4%之间(n=5)。该方法分离速度快、重现性好,具有较高的实用性,适用于无糖型运动营养品中木糖醇、山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、乳糖醇和赤藓糖醇的定性和定量分析。A rapid and effective method was established for the determination of xylitol,sorbitol,maltitol,lactitol and erythritol in sugar-free sports nutrients by pressurized capillary electrochromatography with evaporative light scattering detector(pCECELSD)method.The separation of targeted compound was performed on a ZORBAX sugar analysis chromatography column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)using 80%acetonitrile-water(containing 10 mmol/L triethylamine)as mobile phase,with+5 kV applied voltage.The drift tube temperature of the ELSD was set at 120℃,and the nitrogen flow rate was set at 0.8 L/min.The linear range of five sugar alcohol was in the range of 0.005-0.100 g/100 mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.993-0.997.The detection limit was 0.5-1.0 mg/100 g,and the quantitative limit was 1.5-3.0 mg/100 mL.Three concentrations of 5.0,50 and 100μg/kg were added in the standard addition experiment,and the recovery rate was 87.5%-102.4%(n=5).The method had fast separation speed,good reproducibility and high practicability,and it was suitable for the quantitative detection of xylitol,sorbitol,maltitol,lactitol and erythritol in sugar-free sports nutrients.
