新时代我国普通高中教育的性质与任务之再探讨

摘　　要：新时代,我国普通高中教育的主要矛盾发生了深刻的变化,人民群众日益增长的对优质教育的需求与普通高中教育发展的不平衡不充分的现实样态之间的矛盾开始成为主要矛盾。着力解决这一主要矛盾的前提在于正确认识和把握新时代我国普通高中教育的性质和任务,扎实有效地推进普通高中教育实践。普通高中教育的性质定位为基础性、普通性、选择性和预备性。普通高中教育的任务定位究其根本应从其性质出发进行考量,教育性质是确立教育任务的基点,教育任务是教育性质在教育实践中所呈现出的价值定向和发展尺度。普通高中教育的任务首先是培养人格完善的人,为人的终身发展奠基;其二是为社会培养合格的公民;其三是辐射文化、服务社区、开展交流、发展自身等;其四是为高中生进入高等学校学习和步入社会参加工作做好准备。In the new era,the main contradiction of senior high school education in China has undergone profound changes.The contradiction between the growing demand for quality education and the unbalanced and inadequate reality of the development of senior high school education has become the main contradiction.The premise to solve this contradiction lies in the correct understanding and grasping of the nature and task of senior high school education in the new era,and the solid and effective promotion of the senior high school education practice.In this study,the nature of senior high school education is defined to be basic,general,selective and preparatory.The task of senior high school education should be based on its nature.The nature of education is the basis of establishing the task of education.The task of education is the value orientation and development scale of educational nature in educational practice.The task of senior high school education is first to cultivate people with perfect personality and lay the foundation for the lifelong development of human beings;second,to cultivate qualified citizens for the society;third,to radiate culture,serve the community,carry out exchanges,develop themselves,etc.;fourth,to prepare high school students for learning in colleges and universities and entering the society.
