摘　　要：坚持以人民为中心发展教育是以人民为中心思想在教育领域的具体体现,是社会主义办教育的出发点和落脚点。为增强人民的教育获得感,国家不断在更高水平上保障幼有所育、学有所教,让教育成果惠及全体人民,让每个孩子都能享有公平而有质量的教育,让每个人都有人生出彩的机会,是坚持以人民为中心发展教育的核心内涵。要立足以教育公平促进社会公平正义的价值目标,办好各级各类教育,解决好长期困扰教育均衡发展的顽疾,坚持在发展中共同推进教育公平和社会公平。Adhering to the people-centered development of education is a concrete manifestation of the people-centered thinking in the field of education,and it is the starting point and goal of socialist education.The core connotation of adhering to the people-centered development of education is enhancing the people's sense of educational acquisition.The country continues to ensure that children are educated and taught at a higher level,so that the fruits of education benefit all people,so that every child can enjoy a fair and quality education,so that everyone can have the opportunity to have a brilliant life.It is necessary to establish a value goal sufficient for educational fairness to promote social fairness and justice,run all types of education at all levels,solve the persistent problems that have long plagued the balanced development of education,and insist on jointly promoting educational fairness and social fairness in development.
