摘  要:现代化教育快速发展,受地缘劣势等因素影响,民族地区教育相对落后,教学体系不完善,专业化的教师人才缺乏。语文是民族地区基础教育的重要学科,也是学生学习其他学科知识、成长发展的基础支撑。民族地区基础教育整体教学质量低下、语文师资力量薄弱严重制约了教育的发展,积极探索民族地区乡村语文教师“按需施训”方为可行之策。The rapid development of modern education,affected by geographical disadvantages and other factors,education in ethnic areas is relatively backward,the teaching system is not perfect,and the lack of professional teachers.Chinese is not only an important subject of basic education in ethnic areas,but also the basic support for students to learn other disciplines and grow and develop.The overall teaching quality of basic education in ethnic areas is low,and the strength of Chinese teachers is weak,which seriously restricts the development of education.
