摘　　要：高校班主任队伍建设,对于全面贯彻落实新时代党的教育方针,推动高校教育教学改革,加强和改进对学生的全方位教育,具有十分重要的意义。新时期高校班主任工作,在学生和老师两个层面都面临一些突出问题,南开大学医学院对此进行了详细的调研和意见征询,研究提出了推动高校班主任工作的有效措施和建议,为实现高校全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的目标助力。The construction of head teacher team in colleges and universities is of great significance to fully implement the Party's educational policy in the new era,promote the reform of college education and teaching,and strengthen and improve the all-round education for students.In the new period,head teachers work in colleges and universities faces some prominent problems both at the student and teacher level,so a detailed investigation and consultation has been carried on in school of medicine in Nankai University,studying and putting forward some effective measures to promote head teachers work in colleges and universities.It will assist for achieving the goal of all-staffed,whole-process and all-round education.
