摘  要:多伦多大学教学硕士项目是加拿大硕士层次职前教师教育的典型,在课程设置上具有教研合一的特点,具体表现为教师与研究员双向培养目标、理论研究与实践并重的课程内容、实习和理论课交叉的课程安排和知识与能力并重的课程评价。这启发我们,教育硕士项目要树立“教研合一”的教师教育理念并创建“教研融合”的课程模式。The University of Toronto’s Master of Teaching Program is a typical example of pre-service teacher education at the master level in Canada.It has the characteristics of integration of teaching and research in the curriculum setting,which is embodied in the two-way training goals of teachers and researchers,the content of theoretical research and practice,the content of the internship and the cross-curriculum arrangement of theoretical courses and the curriculum evaluation with knowledge and ability have inspired China's Master of Education program to establish a teacher education concept of"integration of teaching and research"and create a curriculum model of"integration of teaching and research".
