摘  要:“七步教学”协同育人模式是贯彻师范认证协同育人理念和要求的探索和实践。这一模式是指在师范生教学技能培养中坚持“听—看—进—写—做—讲—思”等七个环节。在每一个环节,都力求大学、中学通力合作,精诚团结,充分利用社会优质教育教学资源,协同培养师范生教学技能的一种模式。这一模式的实施,开拓了思想政治教育学生教学技能培养的新视角,使国家师范类专业认证“协同育人”理念落地生根,为师生共同成长搭建了发展平台。"Seven-step teaching"collaborative education mode is the exploration and practice of implementing the concept and requirements of teacher certification collaborative education.This mode refers to the seven links of"listening,watching,progressing,writing,doing,speaking and thinking"in the training of teaching skills of normal university students.In each link,we strive to make full use of the high quality educational and teaching resources of the society,and develop the teaching skills of normal university students in a cooperative way.The implementation of this mode has opened up a new perspective for the cultivation of students'teaching skills in ideological and political education,rooted the concept of"collaborative education"of national teacher education professional certification,and set up a development platform for teachers and students to grow together.
