摘  要:大学生领导力的提升是高校人才培养的战略定位和大学生适应社会的重要需求,而准确有效的决策机制又与个体的领导战略能力有着密切的联系。本研究采用最后通牒博弈任务来探讨不同领导力水平的大学生在决策能力上的差异。通过发放大学生领导力实践量表在460名学生中筛选出高领导力水平大学生35人,低领导力水平大学生33人进行最后通牒博弈任务。实验结果显示,随着选择方案公平性的增加,被试的接受率也在不断提高。被试类型和方案类型的交互作用显著,高领导力水平组在不公平方案中的接受率显著高于低领导力水平组,在公平与极不公平方案上表现出的差异不显著。这一研究结果表明,不同领导力水平大学生在决策能力上存在显著差异,并且这种差异可能与其情绪抑制控制能力相关。The improvement of college students'leadership is the strategic orientation of college talent cultivation and the important demand of college students to adapt to the society,and the accurate and effective decision-making mechanism is closely related to the individual's leadership strategic ability.Therefore,this study adopted ultimatum game task to explore the differences in decision-making ability of college students with different leadership levels.35 students with high leadership level and 33 students with low leadership level were selected from 460 students by issuing the leadership practice scale.The experimental results showed that the acceptance rate of the subjects was increasing with the increase of the fairness of the selection scheme.The interaction between the types of subjects and the types of programs was significant.The acceptance rate of the high leadership level group in the sub-unfair programs was significantly higher than that of the low leadership level group,and the difference between the fair and very unfair programs was not significant.The results showed that there were differences in decision-making ability among college students with different leadership levels,which may be related to their emotional suppression and control ability.
