摘　　要：地方高等院校非物理专业大学物理课程教学中普遍存在课时少进度快、学生学习难度大等问题。针对以上问题,从优化教学内容,重视课堂教学活动和教授大一新生好的学习方法等方面入手,探讨大学物理课程的教与学,旨在提高教学效果,完成课程教学目的。There are some difficulties during the teaching of the course on College Physics for non-physics majors in local universities,such as:less class hours and too fast progress.This makes students think College Physics is too difficult.This paper proposes some methods to improve the teaching effect and achieve the purpose of the teaching of College Physics.Firstly,the content much be optimized to meet the short class time.Secondly,teachers need to improve the teaching skills and make better use of the class time.Finally,students are required to make a mind map about each chapter when the chapter is finished.
