摘　　要：基于地方师范院校应用型人才培养目标的要求,选取样本,从教育实践的课程体系、组织形式、管理机制等方面入手,通过调查研究、文献研究和行动研究,探索地方师范院校本科教育实践的创新策略。This paper is a presentation of a study on innovation strategies of undergraduate education practice of local normal universities through survey,literature review and action research on samples selected in accordance with curriculum system,organization and management mechanism based on objectives and requirements of training application-ready graduates.
