摘　　要：非学历培训教育是高校继续教育体系的重要构成部分,对提升社会人才的素质具有重要作用。文章主要侧重研究非学历培训教育,分析高校继续教育的人才培养方式以及其体系的建立与发展,指出要健全高校非学历培训教育体系,重视非学历培训教育的资源整合,转变传统培训方式并积极运用多媒体技术。Non diploma training education is an important part of continuing education system in colleges and universities,which plays an important role in improving the quality of social talents.This paper mainly focuses on the study of non academic training education,analyzes the personnel training mode of continuing education in colleges and universities and the establishment and development of its system,and points out that it is necessary to improve the non academic training education system in colleges and universities,pay attention to the resource integration of non academic training education,change the traditional training mode,and actively use multimedia technology.
