大思政格局下基层电大“三全”教学督导模式摭探

摘　　要：教学督导是高校教学质量保证体系的重要组成部分,也是电大日常化管理制度之一。在新时代大思政格局育人理念的指导下,长兴学院进行了“三全”教学督导模式的探索,实施对开放教育教学工作的全程、全方位、全员督导,旨在促进开放教育教学工作的优化,全面提升人才培养质量,也为推动基层电大教学督导工作的可持续发展提供借鉴。Teaching supervision is an important part of the teaching quality assurance system in Colleges and universities,and also one of the daily management systems of RTVU.Under the guidance of the new era's ideological and political education concept,Changxing university has explored the"three comprehensive"teaching supervision mode,and implemented the whole process,all-round and full staff supervision of open education teaching work,aiming to promote the optimization of open education teaching work,comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training,and provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of teaching supervision in grass-roots radio and TV universities.
