摘 要:2015年“医教协同”培养模式在全国范围内实行。研究生不得少于33个月临床轮训的规定,使研究生课程教学时间得不到有效保障,传统的课堂教学模式遇到了极大的挑战。如何更好地协调研究生课程教学与“住院医师的规范化培训”之间的有效衔接,积极探索临床医学研究生教育改革,不断完善研究生培养体系建设,是各医学院校面临的巨大挑战。本文以我校2017~2019级硕士研究生满意度调查为切入点,结合本校研究生教学培养过程中的问题与困难,探索行之有效的教学管理模式,并提出了优化其教学管理的相关对策建议,更好地探索住院医师的规范化培训与临床医学专业学位研究生教育相结合的方式方法,旨在对提高临床医学专业学位研究生教育质量提供经验与借鉴。In 2015,the training mode of"medical education cooperation"was implemented nationwide in China.The postgraduate shall not be less than 33 months of clinical rotation training,so that the teaching time of postgraduate courses can not be effectively guaranteed,and the traditional classroom teaching mode has encountered challenges.How to better coordinate the connection between the"standardized training of residents"and the teaching of postgraduate courses,It is an urgent problem to explore an effective and feasible teaching and training mode.This project starts from the satisfaction survey of 2017-2019 graduate students of Baotou Medical College,combined with the problems and difficulties in the teaching and training process of graduate students in our university,this paper explores an effective teaching management mode,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to optimize its teaching management,so as to better explore the way and method of combining the standardized training of residents with the postgraduate education of medical professional degree,aiming at improving the clinical practice To provide experience and reference for the quality of medical postgraduate education.
