摘　　要：随着集成电路产业的发展,国内集成电路人才缺口很大。各高校也都加快了建设集成电路实验室的步伐。以复旦大学微电子学院的集成电路工艺实验室为样本,从团队分工,实验室安全管理制度,工艺标准化开发以及实验室的共享和开放四个方面来研究高端集成电路工艺实验室的管理问题。为国内兄弟院校在管理集成电路实验室方面提供参考。With the development of the IC(integrated circuits)industry,the lack of the IC people becomes a serious problem.So many universities have accelerated the pace of building IC laboratories.As a sample of IC laboratory of school of microelectronics,Fudan University,from four aspects:team division,safety management,process standardization and sharing of the laboratory,the management of IC laboratory has been concerned,providing experience of management of IC laboratories of other universities.
