摘　　要：现代远程教育校外学习中心是现代远程教育体系的重要组成部分,承担着大量现代远程教育的日常管理工作,是连接主办高校和学生的桥梁。分析了目前我国远程教育校外学习中心在学习支持服务能力方面存在的主要问题,并从办学理念转变、管理队伍建设、沟通体制机制建立、学习共同体架构和活动平台搭建等方面进行了探索和思考。The out-of-school learning center of modern distance education is an important part of the modern distance education system,which is responsible for the daily management of a large scale modern distance education,and is a bridge connecting the host universities and students.The author analyzes the main problems in the ability of learning support service in the distance education out-of-school learning center in China,and explores from the aspects of the transformation of the school concept,the construction of management team,the establishment of communication system mechanism,the structure of the learning community and the construction of the activity platform.
