摘　　要：高职院校教师专业标准的研制是保障高职院校师资质量的尚方宝剑,发达国家无一例外地都重视高职院校教师专业标准的研制。本研究从高职院校教师专业标准研制的背景、高职院校教师专业标准研制的理念、高职院校教师专业标准涉及的内容、高职院校教师专业标准的特征进行分析。The development of professional standards for teachers in higher vocational colleges is intended to guarantee their quality.Developed countries attach great importance to the development of professional standards for teachers in higher vocational colleges.This surveyis based on the background,concept,content and characteristics of the development of professional standards for teachers in higher vocational colleges.
