高校教学评估评价应是教学质量保证标准和学生发展质量标准的融合  

College teaching evaluation should be the integration of quality assurance standards and student quality standards

摘　　要：学校的“产品”就是学生,以学生为中心的质量观,其质量标准就是学生的知识掌握、能力发展、素质提升标准。因此,制定教学质量标准就是制定学生发展质量标准,而不是质量保证标准。以学生为中心、以产出为导向,就应该将条件评估、过程评估与结果评估结合起来,按照学生的身体素质、心理健康、专业发展、生涯规划、社会能力、思想修养、政治品格等指标制定评估评价标准体系,分专业、分班级、分学号随机抽样进行定量和定性评估评价。The products of school are the students,and the student-centered quality concept.The quality standard is the knowledge mastery,ability development and quality improvement of the students.Therefore,the establishment of quality standards is the establishment of student development standards rather than quality assurance standards.Students-centered and output-guided,we should combine condition evaluation,process evaluation and result evaluation,establish evaluation standard system according to students’physical quality,mental health,professional development,career planning,social ability,ideological cultivation,political character and other indexes,and carry out quantitative and qualitative evaluation by random sampling of major,class and student ID.
