摘　　要：根据工程教育专业认证标准的要求,结合学校办学定位和特色,武汉纺织大学高分子材料与工程专业对教学质量管理机制、专业培养目标、毕业要求、培养质量评价及持续改进、课程体系、师资队伍等方面进行了专业综合改革和实践,采取科研和产业优势向教学转化、规范人才培养过程、构建遵循工程逻辑的一体化课程、推动校企合作、倡导课赛结合、建设课程与教学团队等措施,完善教学管理、运行、评价机制,利用各种资源提高学生的工程实践能力、创新精神、人文素养,效果良好。According to the requirements of the standard for engineering education specialty certification,combined with the school’s orientation and characteristics,Polymer Materials and Engineering Major of Wuhan Textile University has carried out comprehensive professional reforms and practice in the aspects of teaching quality management mechanism,professional training objectives,graduation requirements,training quality evaluation and continuous improvement,curriculum system and teaching staff.The advantages of scientific research was transferred to teaching,the process of personnel training was standardize,an integrated course following the engineering logic was built,the cooperation between schools and enterprises was promoted,the combination of courses and competitions was advocated,the teams of courses and teaching were built.The reforms have achieved good results in improving students’engineering practice ability,innovative spirit and humanistic quality.
