摘　　要：职业培训作为职业教育的重要组成部分,是解决技术技能人才不足和提升的重要途径。“双高计划”建设是职业院校实现高质量发展、培养技术技能人才的重要支撑,也为职业培训指明了改革方向。以眼视光人才职业培训为例,探索职业教育培训发展体系。体系整合国内外优质资源,以国际视角构建“四平台支撑,三层次贯通”人才培训体系,以期为行业的可持续发展提供人才支持,维护国民视觉健康为高等职业教育的人才培养创新提供发展思路。As an integral part of vocational education,vocational training is an important way to solve the shortage and promotion of technical and skilled talents.The construction of"double high plan"is an important support for vocational colleges to achieve highquality development and cultivate technical and skilled talents,and also points out the direction of reform for vocational training.This article takes the vocational training of optometry talents as an example to explore the development system of vocational education and training.The system integrates domestic and international quality resources,and a talents training system of“four platform support,three levels of penetration”is constructed from an international perspective,with a view to providing ideas for talents training innovation in higher vocational education,providing talents support for the sustainable development of the industry,and guarding the national visual health.
