摘  要:实施“1+X”证书制度对于缓解结构性就业矛盾、促进学生个性化与可持续发展、提升职业教育竞争力具有重要意义。“1+X”证书制度改革将推动职业教育人才培养目标、培养模式、培养过程和评价模式发生深刻变化。“1+X”证书制度的落实,不仅需要政府层面建立健全社会参与机制,完善职业技能等级证书制度和监督管理机制,而且需要职业院校层面通过重构人才培养方案、创新校企合作路径、优化课程设置、加强专业教学队伍建设来整合产业发展与职业教育需求,深化教育教学改革。The implementation of the“1+X”certificate system is of great significance for easing the structural employment contradiction,promoting the individualized and sustainable development of students and enhancing the competitiveness of vocational education.The reform of"1+X"certificate system will promote profound changes in the talents training objectives,training mode,training process and evaluation mode of vocational education.To carry out the system of"1+X"certificate,not only the government level needs to establish and perfect social participation mechanism,the vocational skill level certificate,and supervision mechanism,but also the level of vocational colleges needs to integrate industrial development and vocational education needs,and deepen the reform of the education teaching through reconstructing the talents training program,innovating the path of school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the curriculum setting,and strengthening the construction of professional teaching team.
