摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学法(以问题为基础的教学法)在呼吸内科疾病护理教学查房中的效果,总结教学查房的经验。方法选取2016年1月-2018年1月在呼吸内科实习的70名实习护生为研究对象,随机分为PBL组与对照组,每组各为35例,均进行为期6周的带教,定期进行教学查房,对照组采用常规教学查房,观察组采用PBL教学法查房,比较两组出科考核成绩及学生对教学查房的满意度。结果PBL组实习护生出科考试成绩和操作成绩均高于对照组护士,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.5);观察组实习护生对教学查房满意度为100%(35/35)。对照组实习护生的带教满意度为71.4%(25/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论PBL教学法在呼吸内科疾病教学查房中取得良好的教学效果,有利于提高实习护生的理论知识与操作技能,并通过教学查房,充分调动实习护生主动学习能力,亲身体验知识的产生和发展过程。Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method(question-based teaching method)in the ward round of respiratory medicine nursing teaching,and summarize the experience of teaching rounds.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,70 intern trainees in the department of respiratory medicine were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into PBL group and control group,each group consisting of 35 cases,both of which were taught for 6 weeks.The teaching rounds were conducted regularly,routine teaching round was used for the control group,and the PBL teaching method was used for the observation group.The scores of the two groups in the examinations and the students'satisfaction were compared with the teaching rounds.Results The examination scores and operation scores of the PBL group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.5).The PBL group nursing students were 100%satisfied with the teaching rounds(35/35),and the internship nursing students in the control group were 71.4%satisfied with the teaching rounds(25/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.5).Conclusion The PBL teaching method has achieved good results in the teaching ward round of respiratory diseases,which is beneficial to improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the nursing students.Through the PBL teaching rounds,the learning ability of the internship nursing students is fully mobilized,and the production and development process of knowledge is firsthand experienced.
