摘 要:目的探讨PBL联合案例教学法在耳鼻喉科护理教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2018年1月-2019年8月石河子医科大学第一附属医院护生459例,随机分为PBL联合案例教学法组(联合教学法组,n=230)和传统教学法组(n=229)两组,统计分析两组护生的考核成绩、教学效果评价。结果联合教学法组护生的理论知识、实践技能考核成绩均显著高于传统教学法组(P<0.05)。联合教学法组护生认为教学能够激发学习兴趣、巩固理论知识、提升护理操作技能、发挥主观能动性、提升分析归纳能力、提升沟通协调能力比例93.5%(215/230)、82.2%(189/230)、84.3%(194/230)、64.3%(148/230)、80.0%(184/230)、91.3%(210/230)均显著高于传统教学法组42.4%(97/229)、35.8%(82/229)、42.4%(97/229)、15.7%(36/229)、26.6%(61/229)、28.8%(66/229)(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合案例教学法在耳鼻喉科护理教学中的应用效果较传统教学法好。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with case teaching method in nursing teaching of otolaryngology.Methods From January 2018 to August 2019,459 nursing students from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi Medical University were randomly divided into two groups.PBL combined case teaching method group(n=230)and traditional teaching method group(n=229).Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the combined teaching method group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).The nursing students in the combined teaching method group believed that teaching could stimulate learning interest,consolidate theoretical knowledge,improve nursing operation skills,give full play to subjective initiative,improve analysis and induction ability,and improve communication and coordination ability,which were 93.5%(215/230),82.2%(189/230),84.3%(194/230),64.3%(148/230),80.0%(184/230)and 91.3%(210/230)significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching method group 42.4%(97/229),35.8%(82/229),42.4%(97/229),15.7%(36/229),26.6%(61/229),28.8%(66/229)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PBL combined with case teaching method in nursing teaching of Otolaryngology is better than that of traditional teaching method.
