摘 要:目的探讨基于微信公众平台的微课结合以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中的应用和效果。方法以2013级、2014级同济大学医学院临床医学专业学生共79人为研究对象,将2014级38名医学生作为实验组,采用微课结合PBL教案教学法;2013级41名医学生作为对照组,采用传统课堂讲授法;两组均用4个学时进行耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学咽喉部分教学。通过对比两组学生的教学满意度、随堂考核成绩进行评价。结果实验组在二项观察指标上的得分均高于对照组,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信公众平台的微课结合PBL教案在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科咽喉部分教学,可以提高学生的学习成绩,获得学生的一致认可。Objective To explore the application and effect of micro course combined with problem based learning(PBL)teaching method based on WeChat public platform in otolaryngology teaching.Methods 79 clinical medical students of Grade 2013 and 2014 from Tongji University were selected as objects,with 38 students of Grade 2014 in group A(the experimental group)and 41 students of Grade 2013 in group B(the Control Group).Group A was taught with micro course combined with PBL teaching method,while the traditional teaching method was given to the teaching of group B.Both groups spent 4 hours on the throat teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Evaluation was made through comparing teaching satisfaction and on-the-class exams of students in the two groups.Results The scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of micro course combined with PBL teaching method in otolaryngology teaching based on WeChat public platform can promote students'scores and was approved.
