摘  要:在高职院校中开设劳动教育课程,充分彰显了职业教育的类型特征,反映了职业教育终身一体化理念,契合学生职业发展的现代性需求。但现阶段劳动教育仍存在意识薄弱化、目标模糊化、精神价值缺失等问题。这就要求高职院校在实施劳动教育课程过程中强化意识、多元实践,搭上理实一体“直通车”;明确目标、精准施教,筑牢人才培养“即榫架”;凸显价值、渗透教育,瞄准课程思政“新航标”。真正落实“培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”的教育方针。The labor education curriculum carried out by vocational colleges fully demonstrates the type characteristics of vocational education,reflects the concept of lifelong integration of vocational education,and meets the modem needs of students'career development.But at present,there are still some problems in labor education,such as weak consciousness,vague goal and lack of spiritual value.This requires vocational colleges to strengthen the awareness and diversified practice in the process of implementing labor education curriculum and take the“through train”,of theory and practice;clarify the goal and teach accurately to build a“mortise-tenon frame”for personnel training;highlight the value and infiltrated education to aim at the“new navigation mark”of ideological and political curriculum.We should truly implement the educational policy of“training socialist builders and successors with allround development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor”.
