医教协同视域下高校基层临床教学组织的重塑与发展

摘　　要：基层临床教学组织在医学专业人才培养中发挥着不可或缺的作用,但是其建设与发展未能得到应有的关注,相关规划设置和职能定位与高等医学教育发展变革已不相适应,迫切需要重新思考与设计。在医教协同持续深入推进的大背景下,需要以协同育人为导向,以学生能力培养及临床教师教学学术成长为核心,以临床教学质量提升为目标,以课程建设为主要手段,从理念更新、组织架构优化、工作机制完善、学术共同体建立等方面推动重塑与发展。The basic-level clinical teaching organizations play an indispensable role in the training of medical professionals,but their construction and development have not received due attention,and the relevant planning and function positioning are not suitable for the development and reform of higher medical education,so it is urgent to rethink and design.In the context of the continuous and in-depth advancement of medical and educational collaboration,it is necessary to take collaborative education as the orientation,and take the cultivation of students′ability and the academic growth of clinical teachers as the core,take the improvement of clinical teaching quality as the goal,and take curriculum construction as the main mean,from the idea renewal,organizational structure optimization,working mechanism,the academic community building,etc,to promote development and remodeling.
