摘 要:以辽宁地区主栽的“蓝丰”蓝莓为研究对象,从已经软化霉腐的蓝莓果实表面分离纯化致腐菌株,通过形态学鉴定明确菌株种类,并采用人工回接方法,探讨其对果实软化的影响。试验分离纯化到了17株霉菌,通过形态学鉴定,确定它们为层出镰孢菌(Fusarium prolifertum)、总状毛霉菌(Mucor racemosus)、圆弧青霉(Penicillum cyclopium)、扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)、黄曲霉菌(Aspergillus flavus)和赭曲霉菌(Aspergillus ochraceus)。人工接种鉴定表明,圆弧青霉(Penicillum cyclopium)、层出镰刀孢霉(Fusarium prolifertum)、黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)和赭曲霉(Aspergillus ochraceus)是导致冷藏蓝莓果实软化的主要侵染霉菌。“Berkeley”blueberry fruit mainly cultivated in Liaoning province was taken as the research object,spoilage mould were isolated and purified from the surface of blueberry fruits that have softened and rot.The strains were identified by morphologyl,and the effects of the strains on fruit softening were investigated by artificial backgrafting.17 strains of mould were isolated and purified which were Identified as Fusarium prolifertum,Mucor racemosus,Penicillum cyclopium,Penicillium expansum,Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus ochraceus through morphology.And the identification of artificial inoculation showed that Penicillum cyclopium,Fusarium prolifertum,Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus ochraceus were the main infectious mould that caused the fruits of blueberry fruit to soften during cold storage.
