摘  要:目的探讨在校护理大专生继续攻读学位的动机及体验。方法选取某高职类卫生职业技术学院护理专业的16名学生进行访谈,采用半结构式焦点小组访谈与个人访谈相结合的方式。结果共提炼出3个主题,分别是攻读学位动机、对继续攻读学位的认知、困难与挑战。结论在校护理大专生继续攻读学位需要个人、学校、社会等多方面的关注与支持,重点培养学生的自主学习能力与终身学习理念。Objective To explore the motivation and experience of nursing junior college students continuing to study for a higher degree.Methods To select 16 nursing students of a vocational health college to conduct interviews,in that to gain an in-depth understanding of the motivation and experience of college junior nursing students continuing to study for a higher degree.Results Three themes were extracted:the motivation of continuing to study for a higher degree,the cognition of continuing to study for a degree,difficulties and challenges of continuing to study for a degree.Conclusion Nursing junior college students continuing study for a higher degree require personal,school,and social attention and support.The most important thing is to cultivate students'independent learning ability and lifelong learning concept.
