校企协同创新模式下高职院校校企深度合作发展路径研究

摘　　要：校企合作是高职教育发展的重要举措,对推动职业院校发展,企业产业转型发展与技术革新有着显著的作用。目前高职院校校企合作依然停留在浅层面上,文章系统地分析了校企合作在实践中存在的问题,探究深化校企合作改革的关键因素,提出了建立激励机制、校企双方发展合作的共同目标、搭建校企合作协同创新平台、建立科学合理的校企协同创新合作评价体系等四个方面实施校企深度合作发展的路径。School-enterprise cooperation is an important measure for the development of higher vocational education,and it has a significant role in promoting the development of vocational colleges,enterprise industrial transformation and technological innovation.At present,the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges is still on the surface.The article systematically analyzes the problems in the schoolenterprise cooperation in practice,explores the key factors for deepening the reform of school-enterprise cooperation,and proposes the path of implementing in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises from four aspects,including the establishment of an incentive mechanism,the establishment of a common goal of development cooperation between schools and enterprises,the establishment of a collaborative innovation platform for school-enterprise cooperation,and the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for collaborative innovation cooperation between schools and enterprises.
