中西医结合骨伤科学本科教学的实践与新时代教学模式探讨

摘　　要：国家中医药政策作出了“坚持中西医并重,传承发展中医药事业”的重要部署,并强调中医药要“自信、传承、发展”,为新时代推动中医药振兴发展提供了遵循并指明了方向。中西医结合骨伤科学是高等医药院校的重要临床课程之一,本文结合多年的本科教学实践,探讨了新时代中西医结合骨伤科学的教学模式,认为教学要与国家中医药政策同步,要主动适应新时代的教育理念与信息技术的要求,并认为教学要根据人文背景不同,采用与学生培养需求相适应的教学理念、教学方式方法;要坚持中西并重,优势互补;要对教材进行改革,体现新时代精神,要真正体现中医药特色与中医自信;教学内容应体现中医骨伤科学的传承,体现中西医结合的最新成果;要以学生发展为中心,对课堂教学进行改革;要善于运用信息技术,主动适应“互联网+”带来的认知和学习方式的变革;要打造线上线下融通、课内课外互动的学习空间,为师生打造互动的学习平台;教师要跟上时代步伐,转变观念,主动应对新时代的教学变革。目的是为新时代的中西医结合骨伤科学本科教学与改革提供一些思路。The national policy on traditional Chinese medicine has made an important arrangement of“attaching equal importance to both Chinese and western medicine and inheriting and developing traditional Chinese medicine”,and emphasized that TCM should be“confident,inherited and developed”,which has provided guidance and direction for promoting the revitalization and development of TCM in the new era.Orthopedics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is one of the important clinical courses in medical colleges.Based on years of undergraduate teaching practice,this paper discusses the teaching mode of Orthopedics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the new era,and believes that teaching should be synchronized with the national policy of TCM,and should actively adapt to the requirements of education philosophy and information technology in the new era.Both Chinese and western medicine should be attached equal importance to and draw on each other's strengths.The teaching materials should be reformed to reflect the spirit of the new era and to truly reflect the characteristics and confidence of TCM.The teaching content should reflect the inheritance of the Orthopedics of TCM and the latest achievements of the integration of Chinese and western medicine.We should take student development as the center,reform classroom teaching,make full use of information technology and actively adapt to the change of cognition and learning mode brought by the internet age.It is necessary to build a learning platform that integrates online and offline,and interacts with teachers and students in and out of class.Teachers should keep up with the pace of new era,change their thinking mode and take the initiative to cope with the teaching reform.The aim of this paper is to provide some ideas for undergraduate teaching and reform of Orthopedics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
