高职扩招背景下深化实施课程置换的思考

摘　　要：2019年3月5日的政府工作报告提出2019年高职扩招100万的重要部署,高职院校迅速行动。对高职院校和扩招学生而言,高质量完成学业,将各类校内、外产生学业成绩进行无障碍相互置换,则能更好地服务扩招学生,平衡企业实践、其他学习和在校学习。文中从课程置换含义、意义与前提,课程置换原则和建议标准以及课程置换工作体系建设3个方面进行研究,服务高职扩招教学管理提质增效,提高教育资源利用率和学生学习效率。The government work report on March 5,2019 put forward the important deployment of one million higher vocational enrollment expansion in 2019,and higher vocational colleges moved rapidly.For higher vocational colleges and expansion students,high-quality completion of their studies and barrier free exchange of academic achievements generated in and out of various schools can better serve expansion students to balance enterprise practice,other learning and school learning.In this paper,the meaning,significance and premise of curriculum replacement,the principles and recommended standards of curriculum replacement and the construction of curriculum replacement work system are studied to serve the expansion of higher vocational education teaching management,improve the quality and efficiency,and improve the utilization rate of educational resources and student learning efficiency.
