昭通市小学体育师资现状调查与分析

摘　　要：体育教师是学校体育发展的关键所在,而小学体育教师又是学校体育的基础和重要组成部分。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等对昭通市小学体育师资现状与对策进行研究,研究发现,当前体育师资匮乏、专业化程度不够、综合素质不高,男女比例失调,得不到领导和社会的认可,教学积极性不高。建议转变观念、提高认识;注重提高教师综合素质;解决学校教师编制、切实落实体育教师福利待遇;以此来促进贫困落后地区小学体育的发展。physical education teachers are the key to the development of school physical education,and primary school physical education teachers are the basis and important part of school sports.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics,the present situation and Countermeasures of primary school physical education teachers in Zhaotong City are studied.The results show that the current physical education teachers are lack of professional degree,comprehensive quality is not high,the proportion of male and female is unbalanced,they are not recognized by leaders and society,and their teaching enthusiasm is not high.In order to promote the development of primary school physical education in poor and backward areas,it is suggested to change the concept,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers,solve the establishment of school teachers and implement the welfare of physical education teachers.
