摘　　要：通过查阅和检索有关人工智能教学应用方面的文献资料和专家观点,对模式识别、自然语言处理、知识图谱、机器学习和教育机器人等技术应用进行梳理,认为人工智能可为开放大学的教与学提供精准化的资源推荐、智能化的教学设计、数据化的教学管理和个性化的教学服务等有效支持;开放大学教师在教学方式、教学角色、教学评价和信息素养等方面也将会面临更多的机遇和挑战;最后提出了促进开放大学教师信息素养提升的实施策略,以期为进一步开展人工智能远程教学研究提供有益的参考。By consulting and retrieving the literature and experts’ opinions on the application of artificial intelligence teaching, after summarizing the application of technology such as pattern recognition, natural language processing, knowledge graph, machine learning and educational robot, it is believed that artificial intelligence can provide accurate resource recommendation, intelligent teaching design, data-based teaching management and personalized teaching services for Open University teaching and learning. Open University teachers will also face more opportunities and challenges in teaching methods, teaching roles, teaching evaluation and information literacy. Finally, this paper puts forward the implementation strategies to promote the Open University teachers’ information literacy, in order to provide a useful reference for further research on artificial intelligence distance teaching.
