摘　　要：《生产计划与控制》课程属于工业工程专业限选课程,具有综合性、实践性和灵活性等特点。在教学过程中存在的主要问题包括课程教学内容较多、教学方式单一、理论结合实际难度较大等,针对上述问题,文章从《生产计划与控制》课程教学目标的确立、毕业素质要求与课程指标点的关系、课程教学目标下教学内容的梳理、教学方式的变化、考核方式及要求等方面进行了分析。根据专业建设文件,对原课程相关要求和作法进行了修订,使之更具有针对性和符合专业发展的需要。The course of production planning and control is a limited course for industrial engineering specialty,which has the characteristics of comprehensiveness,practicality and flexibility.In the course of teaching,the main problems include more teaching contents,single teaching method and greater difficulty in combining theory with practice,this paper analyzes the establishment of the teaching objective of the course of production planning and control,the relationship between the requirement of graduation quality and the index point of the course,the arrangement of the teaching content under the course teaching objective,the change of the teaching method,the examination method and the requirement.According to the professional construction document,the relevant requirements and practices of the original curriculum were revised to make it more targeted and in line with the needs of professional development.
