摘 要:高职教师职业发展内涵具有高等性、实践性与应变性的特征。在剖析这些特征的基础上,将湖南高职公共英语教师职业发展困境分为地缘困境、实践困境与组织困境,并提出对接"一带一部"突破地域壁垒、合作"涉外企业"提升实战经验、形成"发展共同体"增加交流借鉴的对策措施,以期为湖南地区高职院校高层次复合型人才培养提供强有力的师资支撑。The connotation of teacher professional development in vocational colleges is characterized by higher education,practical skills and variable ranges.Based on the analysis of these characteristics,this paper divides the professional development difficulties encountered by the public English teachers in Hunan vocational colleges into geographical,practical and organizational dilemmas.It also puts forward the countermeasures of making good use of Hunan’s advantage of being the“transitional and junction zone”to break through regional barriers,cooperating with“enterprises involving foreign business”to enhance practical experience and forming“development communities”to increase exchanges and mutual learning,with a view to providing strong teacher support for the cultivation of high-level all-around talents in Hunan vocational colleges.
