摘  要:专业课教师是理工科院校落实教书育人双重责任不可或缺的中坚力量。理工科院校落实立德树人根本任务,必须发挥专业课教师教书育人的主体功能。针对部分理工科院校专业课教师存在的认知不足、本领失衡、环境不优等问题,理工科院校必须在增强使命担当意识、提升本领能力、拓展渠道阵地上下功夫,努力构建主体协同、多维立体的育人模式,真正将教书育人双重责任落到实处。Professional course teachers are the indispensable backbone for the implementation of the dual responsibility of teaching and educating in science and engineering colleges.In order to fulfill the fundamental task of establishing morality,science and en⁃gineering colleges must give full play to the main function of teaching and educating professional teachers.In response to the prob⁃lems of cognitive poverty,unbalanced competence,and poor environment of some professional teachers in science and engineering colleges,the science and engineering colleges must work hard to enhance the sense of mission responsibility,improve their skills,and expand the channel position,and strive to create a coordinated,multi-dimensional model of educating people and truly imple⁃ment the dual responsibility of teaching and educating people.
