中职技校机械专业现代学徒制的完善策略研究

摘　　要：现代学徒制是一种在政府领导下,校企深度合作,联合培养的人才培养模式。现代学徒制在我国中职教育中的实施还处于起步阶段,针对存在的校热企冷、政策法规空白等问题,文章提出以下建议:政策引导,法规保障;更新理念,加强合作;加强实习管理,确保实习效果;落实具体方案,保障顺利运行。Modern apprenticeship is a talent training mode under the leadership of the government.The implementation of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational education in China is still in its infancy.Renew ideas and strengthen cooperation;Strengthen the practice management to ensure the practice effect;Concrete plans shall be implemented to ensure smooth operation.
