摘  要:基于近十年来自身实践和指导师范生、一线教师的经验教训,总结提出了12条提升信息化教学设计与说课质量的对策与建议。《提升信息化教学设计与说课质量的对策与建议》(上)(中)系统阐述了①-⑦条。该文作为(下)篇第一部分,继续阐述如何合理选用教学模式、教学策略、教学方法、教学手段、教学环境与媒体资源。教学模式方面,重点讨论了翻转课堂、混合式教学、理·实·虚一体化、基于问题的学习、基于项目的学习、项目教学、BOPPPS和WebQuest等。教学策略方面,一要明晰教学策略的内涵,在教学策略的历练中培养教学机智、积淀教学智慧;二要学会灵活运用先行组织者、掌握学习、情境陶冶、示范一模仿、赫尔巴特五段式、加涅九段式、支架式、抛锚式、随机进入教学、协作式等十种基本教学策略;三要积极探索新兴信息化教学模式的实施策略,例如实施翻转课堂或混合式教学的5大策略;四要依据教学目标、教学内容、教学对象、学习阶段灵活选择教学策略。教学方法方面,归纳了选择、设计教学方法的要点,分享了3个教学策略方法设计的典型案例。教学媒体方面,一要充分发挥各种媒体的互补优势以满足不同学习风格、认知特点的学习者的个性化学习需求;二要尽可能选择低代价、高功能的教学媒体。教学环境方面,阐述了三大信息化教学环境和职业教育常用的5类具体环境。前者包括多媒体教学环境、混合学习环境和智慧学习环境。后者包括多媒体教室、智能教室、智能交互教室、网络互动教室和仿真实训环境。其中,仿真实训环境分为数字化技能教室、虚拟仿真实训室、大场景虚拟仿真实训室、情景化互动实验室和强交互虚拟实验实训室。Based on the author’s own practice and experience in guiding normal university students and front-line teachers in recent ten years,12 countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of information-based teaching design and lecture are summarized.In the article Countermeasures and Suggestions for Improving the Quality of Information-based Teaching Design and Lecture (PartⅠand Part Ⅱ),the author has mentioned the 7 suggestions.As the first part of Part Ⅲ,this paper continues to explain how to reasonably choose teaching modes,teaching strategies,teaching methods,teaching environment and media resources.In terms of teaching modes,flipped classroom,blended teaching and management,real and virtual integration,problem-based learning,project-based learning,project teaching,BOPPPS and WebQuest are mainly discussed.In terms of teaching strategies,first of all,the connotation of teaching strategies should be clarified,and teaching wisdom should be cultivated in the course of practicing teaching strategies;second,we should learn to flexibly use ten basic teaching strategies,such as advance organizer,mastery of learning,situational cultivation,demonstration and imitation,Herbart’s Five Stages,Gagne’s Nine Stages,scaffolding,anchoring,random access teaching and cooperative teaching;third,we should actively explore the implementation strategies of the new information-based teaching mode,such as the implementation of flipped classroom or the five strategies for blended teaching;fourth,we should choose teaching strategies flexibly according to teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching objects and learning stages.In terms of teaching methods,this paper summarizes the key points of selecting and designing teaching methods,and shares three typical cases of teaching method design.In terms of teaching media,firstly,we should give full play to the complementary advantages of various media to meet the personalized learning needs of learners with different learning styles and cognitive characteristics;secondly
