建立工作情景库提升医学影像专业实习生沟通能力的思考

摘　　要：近年来医患矛盾突出、多学科协作发展等对医生的沟通能力提出了更高要求,实习生刚从课堂走向临床,急需寻找有效方法切实提升他们的沟通能力。该文通过查阅文献,总结了当前影像医学专业实习生的沟通能力教育现状,指出了建立影像专业工作情景库的必要性,对如何建立工作情景库、如何使用工作情景库进行情景教学进行了详细说明。实践证明,通过工作情景库的进行情景教学对提升医学影像专业实习生沟通能力具有较好的效果。In recent years,there has been a serious contradiction between doctors and patients,and the development of multidisciplinary cooperation has put forward higher requirements for medical students'communication skills.Interns have just moved from the classroom to the clinic and need to find effective ways to improve their communication skills.By reviewing the literature,this article summarizes the current status of communication skills education for imaging medical interns,points out the necessity of establishing a working scene database for imaging majors,and explains in detail how to build a working scene database and how to use the working scene database for situational teaching.Practice has proved that the situational teaching through the work situation database has a good effect on improving the communication ability of medical imaging professional interns.
