摘 要:高等院校体育教育专业教师身处国家体育教师培养源头,教学能力是其应具备的基础能力,其教学创新能力是培养创新人才的内核,学习创新能力培养要贯穿于人的一生。论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,以体育教育专业的教师的学习创新能力为研究对象,随机选取6所江苏省普通高等院校体育教育专业的教师为调查对象,通过教师的性别、年龄、教龄、最高学位、专业技术职务、教授体育教育专业课程模块及不同的院校的办学层次等情况进行数据整体分析,得出结论并提出建议,为提升江苏省普通高等院校体育教育专业的教学质量提供参考。The teachers of physical education major in colleges and universities are at the source of national physical education teachers'training.Teaching ability is the basic ability it should have,and its teaching innovation ability is the core of training innovative talents,and the cultivation of their learning innovation ability should run through the whole life of people.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on,and randomly selects 6 general colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province of physical education major teachers as the survey object,through the gender,age,teaching age,highest degree,professional technical positions,teaching physical education professional curriculum modules and different levels of running schools carry out overall data analysis,draw conclusions and make recommendations,and provide references for improving the teaching quality of physical education majors in general colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province.
