摘  要:全纳教育以教育覆盖所有适龄学生为共识,以全民教育和提供公平教育的权利为目的,以促进国民终身教育体系构建为宗旨。从全纳教育的视角来探讨我国特殊教育信息化发展,信息技术在教学中的快速发展为特殊教育提供了多元的方式和应用场景,同时也奠定了一定的技术基础,因此信息技术与特殊教育的融合是必然的趋势。以CNKI期刊文献为来源,以全纳教育理念为指导,积极从特殊教育学生无障碍学习环境构建、学习感知特征、特殊教育师生信息化素养、特殊教育信息化教学设计以及特殊教育信息化应用等方面梳理特殊教育信息化研究领域及其变化,努力发现该领域研究的不足,并在此基础上提出特殊教育信息化发展的应对策略。Inclusive education takes education covering all school-age students as the consensus,aims at universal education and the right to fair education,and promotes the construction of national lifelong education system.The author discusses the development of special education informatization in China from the perspective of inclusive education.The rapid development of information technology in teaching also provides diversified ways and application scenarios for special education,laying a certain technical foundation.Therefore,the integration of information technology and special education is an inevitable trend.Based on the data of CNKI journals,guided by the concept of inclusive education,this paper analyzes the research fields and changes of special education informatization from the construction of barrier free learning environment of special education students,the characteristics of learning perception,the informatization literacy of teachers and students in special education,the information teaching design of special education and the application of special education On this basis,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for the development of special education informatization,in order to provide reference for promoting inclusive education and its informatization development.
