摘　　要：软技能(soft skills)指的是如何开展工作的非技术性技能。不同行业对于软技能的需求略有差异。结合商务英语专业主要就业行业企业调研反馈,提出专业软技能的内涵,主要包括:沟通能力、创新能力、团队协作能力、学习能力、时间管理能力和解决问题能力。实践研究证明,将软技能的培养融入到各项实训活动中,能有效提高学生的就业质量。Soft skill refers to all non-technical skills that one needs to complete working tasks.The requirements for soft skills vary a little from business to business.Based on the feedback from enterprise investigations,the soft skills needed for Business English talents mainly includes the following six aspects:communication skills,innovation skills,team-working skills,ability of study,time-management skills and ability of dealing with problems.After ten years practice,it is found that setting Business English Practical Skill Training as the first comprehensive training in the Business English Specialty Training system is very effective for developing the students'soft skills.
