摘 要:目的探讨分析PBL联合SP教学模式在中西医结合肿瘤教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年1月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院肿瘤科实习的中西医结合专业学生96名,按数字法随机分成对照组和实验组,每组48名。对照组采用传统带教法,实验组采用PBL联合SP教学法,对比分析不同教学法对教学质量的影响。结果实验组学生的理论知识、临床技能、病例分析的成绩均明显高于对照组学生(P <0.05);实验组学生对联合教学模式的反馈明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在中西医结合肿瘤教学中采用PBL联合SP的教学模式可明显提高教学质量,获得较佳的教学成果,能有效激发学生的主观能动性,培养学生自主学习能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力,加深学生对知识的记忆和运用,提升学生的临床操作技能水平,对培养符合中西医结合肿瘤临床需求的高质量实用型人才有重要意义,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of PB L combined with SP teaching mode in the teaching of oncology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 96 students from Chinese and Western medicine who were internships in the Oncology Department of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to Chinese Medical University from September 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by digital method,with 48 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group was used PBL combined with SP teaching method.The influence of different teaching methods on teaching quality were compared and analyzed.Results The theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,and case analysis of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The feedback from the experimental group was significantly better than which of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of PBL combined with SP in the teaching of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine can significantly improve the quality of teaching,obtain better teaching results,effectively stimulate students’subjective initiative,and cultivate students’ability of self-learning and analysis and problem solving.To deepen students’memory and application of knowledge,and to improve students’clinical operation skills,it is of great significance to cultivate high-quality practical talents that meet the clinical needs of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and has the promotion value.
