摘 要:为了解“双高计划”背景下高职公共基础课发展现状,制订科学合理的课程改革方案,通过问卷调查和访谈对重庆某高职院校随机抽样的2989名学生、78名教师和管理人员进行了为期2个月的深度调查,分析研究发现:高职院校师生对公共基础课的重要性认识不足,满意度偏低,针对公共基础课改革提出增加实践锻炼机会、进行分层教学、重构课程学时学分体系等诉求。基于调研结果,项目组构建了高职公共基础课教学满意度模型和循环式课程改革实施路径,并提出如下课程改革策略:从顶层政策设计到教育治理思维强调公共基础课的价值;从组织的视角重构公共基础课的管理模式和架构体系;基于国家政策、职业教育理念和经济社会需要,深化公共基础课程体系改革与特色挖掘;从学校层面整体推进分层分级教学改革;以“课程思政”理念推动公共基础课的教学内容体系化设计与实施;基于成效为本理念进行公共基础课标准制定和“1+X”学习成果认证。In order to understand the development status of public basic courses of higher vocational education under the background of“Double-high Plan”initiative,and formulate a scientific and reasonable curriculum reform plan,a 2-month in-depth investigation including questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted with a random sample of 2989 students,78 teachers and administrators from a higher vocational college in Chongqing Municipality.The study found that teachers and students of higher vocational colleges had low satisfaction with public basic courses,and lack of awareness of the importance of public basic courses.During the teaching process,it was expected to provide more practical training opportunities,conduct stratified teaching,and reconstruct the course credits and system.Based on the survey results,a model of higher vocational public basic courses teaching satisfaction and a circular reform implementation path were constructed,and the following suggestions are put forward:first,from top-level policy design to education governance ideology,emphasize the value of public basic courses;second,reconstruct the management model and structural system of public basic courses from an organizational perspective;third,deepen the reform of the public basic curriculum system and explore the characteristics based on national policies,vocational education concepts and economic and social needs;fourth,promote stratified teaching reform;fifth,promote the systematic design and implementation of the teaching contents based on the concept of“curriculum ideology and politics”;sixth,develop common basic courses standards and“1+X”learning outcomes based on the concept of outcome-based approach.
