摘 要:英国职业教育通过现代学徒制改革,实现了教育体系重构,形成了较为人性化的学业评价与考试模式。英国职业教育利用资格证书框架体系突破普职教育壁垒,实现普职教育双向流动;利用多样化课程选择机制,实施差异化的专业人才培养模式;利用科学评价模式,培养知识与技能并重的技术人才;利用严格统一的终身教育体系,适应社会可持续发展需要。英国职业院校考试评价制度为英国职业教育发展和职业人才培养奠定了坚实基础。Through the reform of modern apprenticeship system,British vocational education has realized the reconstruction of the education system and formed a humanized model of academic evaluation and examination.Vocational education in Britain breaks through the barrier of vocational education with the framework system of qualification certificate and realizes the two-way flow of vocational education;making use of diversified course selection mechanism to implement differentiated vocational talents training mode;using the model of scientific evaluation to cultivate skilled personnel with both knowledge and skill;using of the strict and unified lifelong education system to meet the needs of social sustainable development.The British vocational college examination and evaluation system has laid a solid foundation for the development of British vocational education and the cultivation of vocational talents.
