高职院校校外实训基地建设实践与研究——以建设工程管理专业依托施工企业平台为例

摘　　要：高职院校所培养的建设工程管理专业人才主要面向建筑业中各个参与建设项目单位的相应建设工程管理岗位群。校外实训基地的建设,有利于以现实岗位就业及企业人才引进的需求倒逼学校人才培养方案及教学模式的改进和创新。本文通过依托施工企业作为校外实训基地的建设内容和案例,分析了校外实训基地建设、绩效和存在问题,并提出建议。The construction engineering management professionals trained by higher vocational colleges are mainly for the corresponding construction engineering management post groups of the construction project unit in the construction industry.The construction of the off campus training base is conducive to the improvement and innovation of the school’s talent training program and teaching mode based on the demand of the actual post employment and the introduction of enterprise talents.This paper analyzes the construction,performance and existing problems based on the construction content and cases of the training base outside school relying on construction enterprises,and then makes some suggestions.
