摘　　要：以职业能力为导向,将实际工作过程引入基础医学实验教学,探索切合学生特点、课程内容与职业岗位能力要求对应衔接、学生乐于授受的教学方法,将更有效地达到培养学生职业能力的职业教育目标。Taking the vocational ability as the guide,introducing the practical work process into the basic medical experimental teaching,exploring the teaching methods which can meet the characteristics of the students,establish corresponding link between the curriculum content and the requirements of the vocational post ability,and are welcomed by students,will be more effective in achieving the vocational education goal of cultivating the students’vocational ability.
